In this webinar series you will . . .
Explore How Your Persona and Personality Developed
Are you ready to let go of what's getting in your way of greater ease, meaningful success, and fulfillment? It’s time to identify the limiting beliefs and behaviors that aren’t working for you anymore.
You might feel unsettled and overwhelmed about the rapid change and chaos in today’s world. It can be confusing to know how you can best show up in the world to be accepted and to have the most positive impact possible with your family, your work, and your community.

You can count on one thing: No one is coming to save you or anyone else.
Instead, only you can make things better by changing from the inside out.
Your life only gets better if you create the change you want by becoming more of who you are meant to be. And when you become more of who you really are, your influence can change in the world.

For all of us, this begins with taking a good look at the behaviors and beliefs that make up our personalities. Once you see how you show up more fully, you can identify those beliefs and behaviors that are getting in the way of your ability to make your greatest contribution to your family, friends, and society.
Series Sessions
Session 1: Exploring Your Personality Through the Enneagram
Session 2: Exploring Your Personality Through Your Birth Chart
Session 3: Exploring Your Origin Story & Attachment Style
Session 4: Exploring Your Shadow
Session 5: Setting Aspirations – What Am I Ready to Let Go Of?

During the series, you will:
-
get an introduction to the Enneagram as a supportive developmental tool to help you decrease reactivity and increase confidence in being "you".
-
use themes from your birth chart to identify personality traits, inner masculine/feminine, and major area of learning & growth for greater self-acceptance and insight that will reinforce your self expression.
-
identify your attachment style and major themes from growing up to get to the root of limiting beliefs and coping behaviors that drive inaccurate perceptions, reactions, mistakes, and bad decisions.
-
explore your “Shadow” to highlight suppressed parts of yourself that you can choose to express appropriately as an adult.
-
inventory your strengths, triggers, and reactive emotions to get real about how you are showing up and decide what doesn’t work for you anymore.

As you go through this series, you’ll begin to realize when you’re not showing up effectively. This will allow you to adjust limiting behaviors and beliefs to show more of your true self to the world. You'll decrease unhelpful reactivity, increase confidence, and experience better relationships at work and home.
In short, you'll be able to get out of your own way and become more of who you truly are. You'll stop feeling like an imposter and decide what to let go to show up more authentically and effectively.

Beth’s “Exploring Your Identity” series’ content effectively combined established research based theory and alternative way of look at personality as conduits for thoughtful conversations among our group. Self-reflection and participant feedback were cultivated in a safe, supportive environment. Beth’s facilitation process allowed a group of strangers to build trust and connection in a short amount of time. I ended the series confirming some of the things I knew about myself and learning new attributes on which to build."

"... I felt I knew who I am and for what purposes I was put on this earth. However, it has occurred to me over the last couple of years this knowledge has not worked so well for me anymore. . . . Through Exploring Your Identity, I more fully realized what I needed to hear: that this second half of my life is about using what I know, coming to terms with my shadow self, and moving forward into a new phase of my life that can be richer and more meaningful. It also helped me to better understand family members and friends more clearly. The other women in the class were so supportive and helpful; it is like we all totally understood we needed to learn what we learned no matter how different we are. If you are feeling a nudge, thinking maybe, just maybe this might be a class worth exploring, I wholeheartedly encourage you to do it for yourself. It has been life-changing for me and it could be for you."

[This was an] interesting, thought provoking class that combined the Enneagram Personality Test and Exploring Your Identity Through Your Birth Chart.... A bonus was the class make up of women from different parts of the country, ages and professions. Breakout sessions allowed each person to share experiences....

FAQs
1 / What’s the delivery format?
Each session is held virtually on Zoom and lasts 90 minutes. During each session, there will you can expect presentation of information and small group interactive breakouts or whole group Q&As.
2 / Are there activities to do in between sessions?
Yes. Any activities I suggest for you to do between our weekly sessions should take no longer than 30 minutes.
3 / What if I miss a session -- do I have access to a recording?
Yes. I will record the parts of each session where the whole group is together. (Small group breakouts will not be recorded.) I will release recordings within 48 hours of each session, so you can watch them at your convenience if you were absent or just want to review information.
4 / I’m not sure I want to uncover certain things about myself. Is it meant to be intense?
I am not a therapist, so my intention is not to do therapy. I don't intend this to be "intense". Rather this series is intended to get you reflecting and thinking about who you want to be. While I encourage you to participate as fully as possible in discussions, you decide what and how much you disclose to others. Most of us are ashamed about how we show up at times. I specifically designed this course so you could interact with others who are also interested in personal growth and who can be impartial sounding boards and supporters who understand what it means to pursue self-knowledge.
5 / I still have questions. How do I contact you?
